Many large wood items mangled due to the tipping 40 degrees upon re delivery...I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it! My 100 year old piano was inside. Pods denied my claim because there was no exterior damage to POD. Anyone else file a suit against them?

PODS took money from my account for a payment I was unaware I owed. It put my my bank account in jeopardy for overdraft. I was unable to schedule a propane delivery and caused me $75.00 for a unscheduled delivery after two days of no heat during temperatures of less than 20 degrees.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend these people to any one. They damaged my property and refused to fix it. They never return calls. I would never ever use them . Very unprofessional. They want their money up front but when they damage the customers property they look the other way.!!

Yes my husband and I used Pods to move. Pods came as promise seemed all to easy, till they keeped billing my credit card after all transaction were concluded. I called the corporate office and will go there if needed. Then they gave only a partical refund. Very bad people. No wonder why America is like it is. Lot's of dishonest people. For shame on them.
