Unauthorized Charges
I used a free trial to attempt a one time audio cleanup of a file. Thought I had unsubscribed and deleted my account only to wake up a week later to a $300 charge on my Paypal and refusal from the email customer service agent to refund when I had proof of attempting to delete my account

Verified ReviewerUrgent: Export and Editing Issues on Podcastle
Dear Podcastle Support,
I'm facing a recurring issue with editing and exporting a video podcast on your platform. Despite editing my podcast and attempting to export it, the exported file shows no changes and remains as the original upload.
Furthermore, each time I return to my account to troubleshoot, my previously edited video has disappeared, forcing me to start the editing process from scratch. This has happened three times now, significantly disrupting my content schedule.
I've tried re-editing and exporting multiple times.
Can you provide guidance on resolving these issues so my edits are saved and accurately reflected in the exported file? Your immediate attention and assistance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
Perry

Verified ReviewerResolved: I signed for 2 subscriptions by accident
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They contacted me and refunded the second sub so quickly that I was impressed. Definitely will keep my annual subscription with them.
I wanted to archive my projects so I created different workspaces for each project. However, I didn't notice that I actually signed up for premium twice.
One annual and one monthly.
I would like the annual subscription in my personal workspace only. Can you please do the following?
1 - cancel my monthly subscription in the personal workspace and refund the that was charged today
2 -Transfer the annual subscription from the team workspace to my personal one?
- It does a good job of editing
- You cant archive old projects without deleting them
- Each workstep requires a subscription
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: It's so weird to me that I can't archive my recordings without deleting them, I wish I could archive them.
