I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent banning of my accounts and my friends account on the Highrise virtual metaverse app. It seems there has been a significant misunderstanding that needs to be addressed, as I have been wrongly accused of circumventing a ban or suspension.
Recently, I assisted my friend in reactivating her accounts after they were suspended due to an unfounded accusation that she took all the crew gifts for herself.
While I understand the necessity of maintaining the integrity of the platform, my intention was solely to help her navigate the appeal process. After her main account was reactivated, I was shocked to find that not only was her account banned again, but all of my accounts were banned as well. This action seems to be a severe overreaction and lacks proper investigation into the actual circumstances.
I urge them to reconsider the basis on which these bans were placed. It is crucial for their team to thoroughly check IP addresses and user activity logs to ensure that such decisions are based on factual evidence rather than assumptions.
The current system does not seem to adequately protect users from unjust penalties, and it is causing undue stress and disappointment among loyal players.
I have made multiple attempts to reach out for clarification and assistance, but my efforts have been met with website crashes and unresponsiveness. It has been five days since my initial contact, and I am yet to receive any feedback.
As a dedicated user of the Highrise virtual metaverse app, I deserve a fair chance to explain my situation and seek resolution.
