Resolved: Have been trying to cancel membership for months! Unable to reach.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
This app was charged to a credit card. I tried to get it cancelled once I was done using it but was unsuccessful.
My credit card company said I should contact Pocket Prep.
I've tried reaching them many times and have received no responses. It's been over six months and I still keep getting charged!

I bought a subscription (one time) and they are still charging my CC. I am disputing the charges with my CC as Pocket Prep does not have a customer service number not a way to email them.
To whom it may concern,
I paid to download the Pocket Prep on my iPhone; however, it would not give me access to my account on the internet for whatever reason. I was forced to pay again. I believe I should be refunded my other $20.00. Please reach out to me at your convenience. Thank you!
