- - I asked POC twice about replacing MIPs on a 7-year-old helmet.
- - No answer.
- - I liked the helmet.
- - If no reply, I'll buy a new helmet and badmouth POC.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Stayed on them as you did it seems, thank you
Over the past few weeks, I have sent emails to POC twice about how to replace the MIPs system for a 7-year-old POC ventral bike helmet.
I have received no answer.
I have really enjoyed the helmet.
Should I not get a reply to this email, I will have no choice but to purchase a new helmet AND badmouth POC in every possible way I can, both online and off.
That seems pretty sad to me, but then again, many things seem sad to me nowadays.

Excellent products, but not good channels to contact Customer Service.
The company sent me an email explaining (using text only) how I should proceed to replace the visor of the helmet. I would loved to receive some pictures or videos instead of the written explanation, but that is just what I got.

I'm afraid of applying too much force in the wrong place and breaking a component of the helmet (or the visor itself).
