No real regulation on the quality of cooks. I've never worked for poached but I've been trying to be accepted for poached shifts for multiple months now.
I've literally quit jobs that were understaffed that surrounded me with garbage temp workers from poached.
I would love to have the flexibility to accept poached shifts and help folks out around town, but I've been denied the ability by poached.
I have over 17 years of experience and all I want is flexibility.
Unfortunately poached has decided they have enough candidates and I'm not needed. If you can't fill restaurant shifts, just know there are qualified cooks who poached does not accept for the service.

For some reason my account was disassembled in mid shift. I felt uncomfortable because of the color of my skin as well.

Everybody that regularly works there was allowed to go home. I was there doing work the entire time.
Preferred solution: I would like to get my money for the shift I worked for I worked from 9:00 to 5:00

I picked up a shift Two months ago and had a personal issue that kept me from making it. When I communicated this to my contact they reported me as no show.
So then poached contacted me to tell me I was on a 30 day time out. Its been two months and Im still blocked from picking up shifts.
Preferred solution: Apology

I worked Saturday night at The Lodge in Kenmore. After working beyond the bus schedule and having to sit at the bus stop from midnight to 5:11 the next morning to get back to Seattle, here it is Monday and I haven't received my pay yet.

Hello, received an offer on the poached app to join "poached shifts"... But unfortunately when you click "view and Apply online" at the bottom of the ad it leads you to a dead "website not available" link..
Then if you scan the QR code, it leads you to the poachedjobs.com website, which just asks you to download the poached app to apply... Then the poached app has nowhere to apply.. (and repeat) am I missing something? Doing something wrong?
It's also impossible to find your contact information without going through tertiary sites like this which is just plain unfortunate... Not here to complain of every detail that isn't quite right... But I mean...
This is pretty bad... I have multiple friends in the industry that don't work through you guys due to your horrific user interface...
