Owner and COO are crooked and you need to run.
- - Stay away; they delayed utilities and caused disconnection.
- - No financials for 5 months; violation money taken, reimbursed via bank.
Stay far away from this company. Having made the grave mistake of choosing this company for what was significant cost differential from other bids we soon found out why.
They has to be reminded by our old management company twice to set up our utilities. Then they set it up wrong and allowed our electric to be disconnected. We never received any financial documents for 5 months and when we did it was clear they were not doing anything.
They took violation money and never reported it or deposited it into our account. Then reimbursed it from our bank.
These people are criminals.
After having a CPA look over books we found too many egregious errors and are currently in touch with law enforcement to see what criminal charges we can file.
Taylor Fleisher and Daniel Herr try to say God over money. But there is absolutely nothing Christian about these individuals or their businesses.
