I do not have a subscription with them
They claimed that with them and that I have received items which I haven't they've charged me three times. There's got to be a way where I can prove that I never signed up with them they have my information but I never wanted a subscription with them they're too expensive. And I never received anything from them.

do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with. If you choose to do business with them keep all your receipts you're gonna need them because they're smart and they know how to get around the complaint system.
I won my case because I had all the receipts. And still they keep harassing me.
Their customer service behaves worse than toddlers. My order, which they failed to completely deliver, and they refused a refund and continued countless emails of harassment, was investigated by my banking institution and determined they were at fault and issued a full refund.
They were also asked not to contact me again, to which they've responded with two more emails. There's way too many products out there for you to have to endure this kind of garbage from a company that really doesn't have any business dealing with the general public based on their behavior!

Beware bad refund
Company owes me money from order placed I originally had to do a charge back. And the company threatened me with a debt collection service .
We came to a agreement and charge back was reversed and my REFUND was to be processed immediately. NOPE NO REFUND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 14 BUSINESS DAYS
NOTHING SO THERE YOU GO BEWARE
