Couldn't sign in got charged which is getting reversed which takes probably a week and can't see a doctor on this site not good

Was asking for a prescription since 8:50 last night

Why am I paying for a prescription I cant get? I have Covid-19s and need meds that I need to get and the Walgreens keeps saying that they dont have the order!!!
