They have blocked me from withdrawing my money, not theirs. I can't place a trade, but I can sell one. Oh, and to top it off, they haven't blocked me from depositing.

I cannot withdraw my cash from plus 500
- - GBP is swapped to KWD (non-tradeable).
- - Withdrawals by snail mail; may not reach Kuwait; no PayPal/Skrill options.
100% satisfied with their service and support. My issue was resolved.

I transferred gbp into plus 500. They automatically exchanged it to KWD. Kuwaiti Dinar is not a trade-able currency so this is the first issue.
They also only send snail post when you try to withdraw the funds. Since snail post does not arrive in Kuwait I have no way of withdrawing the funds with paypal or skrill. Both options for some but not if you need the cash.
You cannot change your address or your currency. They also will not courier the cheques to your address even if you offer to pay.
Do not use them if you want your money back.

Completely sorted. No issues. Maybe I was too quick to judge.
This has been going on for months. I told them snail post would not arrive.
Yet they insisted it would Months later as expected it has not arrived. All I want is the money back into the account it was sent from.
I can provide any compliance forms, address verification or anything they need yet.
Either use paypal or skrill or wait for non existent postal services to arrive.
