They are not professional
My payment which was declined on 20.10.25, I have already paid it today, The fortnight payment that was to be made today, you also deducted the last time declined payment along with it, that was alread paid , i mail them twice they are not responding my email

EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK THEIR ACCOUNT FOR DIRECT DEBIT. PLUS FITNESS THEFT PEOPLES MONEY WITH UNCONSCIOUS ATTIRE.
A person named SADAT IFTEKHAR using the JYM and his fortnightly payment debited from my account. After several communication manager don't cooperate me to get back my money. It's happening with many people I think just theft of money in a smart way.
I am still seeking my money back as a member but no cooperation from the manager.

Not happy the services
Just wanted to give some honest feedback. The gym is in pretty bad shape lately most of the machines and benches are worn out, and the place often smells bad.
Cleanliness really needs improvement.
Also, the air conditioning issue has been going on for too long. Even after so many complaints since last year, theres still no proper fix. On weekends, its always off, and even during weekdays we have to remind the team to switch on the AC or exhaust. It's really uncomfortable and doesnt feel hygienic at all.
And when theres no staff around on weekends, were stuck working out in a hot, stuffy environment.
Its honestly been a terrible experience lately.
Hope someone can actually come check things out and make sure the gym meets basic standards. We're here to stay fit, not ruin our health.

Change date for payment plan and also ask why I’m getting charged extra for weekly payment
I have been charged for a payment that was supposed to come out today which I need to change date and also I feel that I have been charged extra on my weekly payments

Ive moved from Sunshine coast to Brisbane. But here theres no plus fitness nearby.
Me and my husband is a member of plus fitness we tried to withdraw it but they said it will cost this money. So better you guys do it on brisbane. But there is one on the North Side but we are too far from it. Two stores that was a bit near for us are closed.
If I go to the north side it will take 45-50mins.
Thats just a waste of time as well. Please its been long months that its cutting my money fortnightly.
I want to withdraw it without paying anymore fees please.

Cheated out of a month of fees
They omitted telling me that I needed to give 1 month notice when I enquired about how to cancel in advance of wanting to do so. So they cheated an extra month of fees out of me when it came to the day that I did want to cancel...
Pretty dirty move. Won't be re-joining or recommending.

After being harassed at my local gym I attempted to cancel my membership. I filled out the form but am still getting charged
