Nothing happened, they didn't answer to my emails and requests
Worst service and a waste of money. Lying and just took your money.

- - Arrived late and quoted almost £500.
- - Site lists £70; charge made.
- - Charged full amount to card without authorisation and stopped responding.
These guys turned up extremely late, then told me I needed something done that would cost a considerable sum (almost £500). I agreed, I have no idea whats reasonable at this point and they said they would take part payment on a credit card.
As they are doing the job (45 minutes they were there) in the meantime I realise the job they are charging me this much for is advertised on their website as costing £70. I would have queried this when I spoke to authorise the rest of the payment but it turned out they had taken whole amount from my card without authorisation.
They then stopped responding to calls, didnt turn up to another appointment (as the problem wasnt resolved) and have behaved like total shucksters. As I have dug deeper this company was formed just last year abs is in fact plumbforce direct
Preferred solution: Refund of the unauthorised £233.
