The product isnt working and there is no support number or contact. Ive had this since 2018 and all was well until this year and I have over $500 invested

My order I thought would be 72 hours of time to reach my home but that has not occurred I purchased the starter kit on the 10th of July I thought that I would be able to look it up but without a purchase number or order number I was not able I felt it wasn't clear. Elaine Cannon
