When I found out what they had done, and when I noticed the system was leaking, I told them that I intended to file small claims and that I was reporting the fraud to the county sheriff, they then contacted other family members and pressured them into trying to stop me.
When they tried to stop me from filing claims, that crime is called Obstruction of Justice. I don't think you should trust Germantown Plumb Crazy with your needs.

On 9/29/2016 they came to fix a simple leaky pipe.. They removed about about 12inches of piping.
They replaced with different fittings thats on all the other pipes and didn't even put the turn on valve back in.. One of the seats was still leaking and he said he be back after work because he drives by here on his way home.. One of the employees stopped by about 5:30pm to replace the seat that was leaking.. He put another one one but did not stop the leak..
He said he didn't have another one with him so he said he be back Friday, the next day.. I waited all day and even called but my calls was ignored.. The boss finally left a voice mail and said I would be last on the schedule for today because getting to my place was a pain in the ***.. His words, not mine..
Well they never showed up and it's 10/4/2016.. He will not return my calls and I'm still without water...very poor businessman..
