This doesnt make no sense, bought a plugin and the license not working, customer service is not responsive

I still havent gotten my plug-in license for my uad bundle after I gotten the receipt of payment for it , my issue wasnt resolved at all

I need one on one Help installing Im not very computer illiterate and I am older

And still have not caught up yet.

s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.coms DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

What do I need to do?

Also, do you have a United States phone number?

I can't download my items I purchased
