Extremely unhappy because customer service is non-existent
.Purchased for my wife with back and neck issues and could not use the product as it is too large to use on the split king with Sleep Number bed. Wanted to return unopened product and could not because there is no return shipping information provided or phone number on web site etc... terrible customer service
User's recommendation: Do not purchase the product if you may need to return it. It's possible that you will not be able to return.
