Service
I signed up for Internet and phone service on April 7th 2021. Send in all my paperwork and have kept on touch with Alexander Lewis. Then all of a sudden no response from him. I called and spoke with Alexander over a week ago, Asked to have his manager call me back and he said OK. I called today and he tried to tell me there wasn't anybody higher than him. I finally said if this is how your service is gonna be maybe I don't want it. But how many patient people wait from April 7th and still waiting?

Forced to Pay for Non Working Service
This company provides satellite internet and phone services to the local area. The installation took about 5 hours and when the installer left, the phone was not working. Finally after 3 days of arguing with tech support they got the phone on. It worked for 2 months before going out. Any communication with tech support would result in the same answer that they would have to submit a ticket and have someone call back. Nobody ever calls back. When I refused to pay for services that I did not receive, they sent me to collections after claiming that I was lying to them. Very unprofessional the entire time.

Worked pretty good for a while until they shut it off due to late bill and its somehow not working now, the only support they have to offer is reset my router 4 different times and reset a non existent modem
Plexicomm sucks. I work in it and a lot of problems are fixed by getting our clients to switch to a real isp
Meh...I have plexicomm as my isp at work for the last several years and am happy.
