I created a free account on the website to see what they had to offer and that was nothing. Every single video, TV show, movie, whatever that I tried to watch was Audio Only it was just a blank screen and audio??!! There is absolutely no way to contact anyone to get help with anything they just don't give a ***

User's recommendation: Why would do business with a company that you cannot talk to if you have a problem?
