Hi came on 10/08/23 spoke to lady at ticket office before paying on line for tickets she said everything was fine with grandma riding along side toddler but after 3 different rides and a upset child we was told to give wristbands back and we would be refund back in 2 working days she also said we would be able to call up within 2 days if no payment received but theres no contact number just answer phone with cost of living really cant afford to lose out an pay for another day out

I booked myself and my mothers ticket for today by mistake when it should be tomorrow we will coming tomorrow as a family of 6

Group booking
No customer service at all just a email
Was wanting to book a large group booking of over 20 people. But all I could do was email or book individually.

Complaint about an accident
Was on day out for sons birthday
Was on log flume
Three boys on one car
Me behind with two others
When ride was coming to an end my ten year old went to step out
The staff let another car smash into their car as he was alighting
Billy got jammed in between two cars
He was petrified and was in great pain
The staff didnt help at all
My partner had to jump out of our car whilst we were still on the ride
He was screaming for staff to help
They didnt
Other customers aided
Billys leg was cut to bits
Bruised and he was terrified as was I
If I would of been alone my son would of been dragged into the water
It pulled his £100 trainers off
The ride was shut eventfully whilst his shoe was retrieved
We should of complained there and then but was too shook up
Youre staff were untrained and useless
We left the park disgusted
My partner arm was injured too
The day out cost a fortune and could of cost my sons life
This was Saturday afternoon 13th may about 3pm
I want this looked into
The duty of care and safety was appalling

No one answered the phone or my emails. I have tried to even contact Southport pleasure land by Instagram I would appreciate if someone got back to me before tomorrow as my booking was meant to be for tomorrow

Im not happy atall I arrived at Southport pleasure land with a family of four I paid on arrival by card witch cost me £119 we was there literally 10 minutes before my5 year old daughter was in an accident while on the bumper cars on Sunday the 9th of April I had to get fist aid out to see her has she has stopped breathing has someone had but into us so hard she could t breath she was in shock and was scared to go back on the fair I filled out a form with first aid and I told them I wanted a refund I was told to go the the ticket office and fill in a down and someone would contact me about a refund has this had ruined my familys day we left the park straight away I gave them my email address and contact number and stil nothing about my refund could someone please call me Ive tried to call on the contact number thats been giving on the site and I cant get through to anyone I need a manager to contact me on 0799034****
