Youre in the phone for less than 5 minutes when you get survey questions and then they hang up. Trying online is even worse.

- - Customer described the issue and model; staff wouldn’t look it up; English was noted as poor.
- - Ignitor was opened; an AAA battery was replaced; gas works.
At first the guy was asking the model #, being a pain. I described the model, knowing I had the smallest available and couldn't be many.
He refused to look up the model. I blurted out the problem and he said in a snotty way, that the battery needed to be replaced. I imagined removing all the logs to open the metal box the ignitor plugs into. He had me unscrew the ignitor *** and out popped the AAA battery!
Replaced it, figured out how to turn on the gas and it worked perfectly!
I am pleased! I will say his English was very poor.
