My experience with this dealership.

I had bought two cars from this dealership in the past. I had good experiences and the sales people were helpful and friendly. I went to trade in my car and buy a new one, on March 27, 2021. They were having a big Spring Event and I got a letter explaining that they were going to give me more off the Spring Event. As soon as we were sitting with our salesperson he started to talk to us like we were idiots and he was doing us a favor. After we showed our salesman the letter, he started to tell us that they could not give 100% from the letter because a car has to be in perfect condition. I told him that I understood that. After he put my car information into Carfax, he proceeded to say our car was in an accident. The car was never in an accident. He got very belligerent and nasty. He was saying that Carfax never lies and that he has to take more money off the car. When I ask to see the report he swiped his phone past my face and said see I told you so. With that we walked out of there. I called the manager on the way home and he was no help.

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Personal letter that they want my car, and upon shopping and getting price and car all the discounts went poof.

My wife received a letter offering big discounts for her 2014 Hyundai. Upon arrival and shopping around decided on a vehicle and then we showed to the salesman the letter with the alleged discounts and then he stated he could give me this but not that, We intend to take this further because this is the worst bait and switch game ever. I have bought 4 Hyundai's autos for my Daughter and 3 Grand kids in the past 6 months at Hyundai on Route 9 with no problem. Why do we always have a problem here.

Plaza Hyundai in Brooklyn

worst experience ever, i leased my car and dint get my permanent license plates two weeks after my temporary plates been expire, non of the sales managers like Gerald or General manager Chris Gonzalez been helpful, they didn't returned my phone calls, i have to drive there tree times and didn't get anything, general manager told me that he drop the ball, that he didn't returned my calls , after i left several messages, after that i will never shop with them again and will not recommend to shop there anyone.
