This hasn’t really help me

I was playing Fortnite with some of my friends in a PlayStation party and I got banned for saying nothing. I was trying to have a fun day with playing Fortnite and this guy that I didnt really liked my friend did it so I played with him and he banned me for no reason and now Im permanent band my other bands are good.
I have respect those but I feel like I shouldve got Perma band for at least five months.
I dont feel like I deserve a band for the rest of my life please Sony banned me. I would appreciate it so much.

PlayStation Plus is an ongoing subscription that involves hundreds of PS5, PS4, and classic games, cloud storage, and other advanced game features with a periodic fee charged automatically.
You can request PlayStation account closure by contacting the company’s Support team. For this, dial the following company phone number: 800-345-7669 if you are in the United States or Canada. When talking with the manager, be sure to have your online ID and sign-in ID (email address) at hand.
If you wish to cancel PlayStation Plus on your web browser, sign in to PlayStation “Account Management”, choose “Subscription” from the menu on the left of the screen, and then click on “Cancel Subscription” next to “PlayStation Plus”.
To cancel PlayStation Plus on the PS5 console, choose “Users and Accounts” in “Settings”, follow Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions > PlayStation Plus, and select “Cancel Subscription”.
