Activate the rainbow ball or rocket dos'nt score on regatta
uninstalled twice and reinstalled.
Activate the Rainbow Ball or Rocket and score but do not rgister on the score task.
Already being demoted from silver to steel because of this.
your help and support is useless it is in a loop or it says a technitian will contact you but never does.
cant cancel the game but pointless playing if you cant go forward.

Game problems
The most recent expedition: I finished the game by turning off all the turbines. I did not get the final reward.
Now with the merge game, I was quite a ways through it and it reset to the start as if I hadn't played at all. I emailed support on both issues.
No decent reply except for the generic reply as usual. It took days for a reply on the expedition issue and by then the expedition was well over.
- Can be a fun game if it works right
- Bad customer service
Preferred solution: Compensated for the prizes I did not receive after finishing the most recent expedition.

Over charges
Why when I purchase something for 15.99, Im charged more than 23.00? I check my checking account this afternoon only to find that everytime I paid for something advertised, I was charged about 15% more.
Very deceptive. When it say $2.99, it should be $2.99.

They block players after they make in app purchases through the App Store/play store. No customer support to reinstate. Complete scam

Over charges and not able to contact
When you make a purchase like $15.99, you will get charged $23.00+. When you try to contact them you cant. You need to verify your email but the code expires before you get the email with the code.

Third star inside my Brazilian Carnival will not light up, please help
I love playing the games, but on Fishdom game the 3rd star of the Brazilian Carnival the star in my tank will not light up, I would've been finished with that game but I can't get off it because that star won't light up, it does outside the tank but not the inside, please help, I want to start games on the other tanks but I can't

If you've ever wanted to see a Company that does 1 thing over and over and over and pretends it's New, Then You go with Playrix
The" Match 3 "Game that's the centerpiece of Every single Game they slop onto the Market is Completely RNG dependent and heavily encourages the user to spend money for what amounts to literally zero benefit.
The Customer Support department is equally Unhelpful, as they refuse to deviate from degrading, Anti-consumer Scripts In any way, shape, or Form, With Most scripts matching to within 98% Of Each other, only changing the name They slap into it.
I strongly advise reporting this company through Every Possible avenue.
