Resolved: Complaint about Karen customer service!
I purchased a set of 'crunch/squeaking balls' and emailed her. She pretty much gave me an ultimatum; if I don't send her a video of squeezing the toy, she can't help!
I kept telling her I have limited use of my hands, and she still refused to send out a replacement until I sent her a video. They do not stand by their policy.
If unhappy, they'll make it right. That's a joke!

Preferred solution: A replacement toy they guarantee if not satisfied.

Verified ReviewerExpensive dog toy rated for power chewers only lasted 10 minutes
My 27 lb puppy was able to chew pieces off this toy in 10 minutes. This toy is advertised for power chewers and listed as ultra durable.
I spent $27.24 including tax on this toy. I sent an email to Playology, including my receipt and picture of the destroyed toy. I asked for a refund and was told, we don't do that, we can only send you another toy. Playology advertises a "Happiness Guarantee", guess they don't really mean it.
It says; "At Playology, we're more than just toys; we're about making tails wag and ending the toy graveyard blues.
So, if you encounter any issues or if your furry friend isn't overjoyed with our products for any reason, we're here to save the day. Your pet's happiness is our guarantee!

We purchased the $25 chewing rope. Our dog distroyed it within hours. We are very disappointed in this expensive product

Bad product
I bought a dental chew and ball that said for aggressive chewing. My 5 mo old puppy had chunks off the dental chew in 10 min and the squeaker out of the ball the same day.
We had to pull a piece out of her mouth as she was choking. I have filled out the contact form 3 times to contact them and they have yet to respond!
Very poor customer service and very poor product. The Meijer $10 dental chew that we got when we brought her home is still in one piece.
