Bad product

I bought a dental chew and ball that said for aggressive chewing. My 5 mo old puppy had chunks off the dental chew in 10 min and the squeaker out of the ball the same day. We had to pull a piece out of her mouth as she was choking. I have filled out the contact form 3 times to contact them and they have yet to respond! Very poor customer service and very poor product. The Meijer $10 dental chew that we got when we brought her home is still in one piece.
