We were indeed given twin date tickets and I am trying to use them. They were gracious about getting them to us once we reached the right person.
Unfortunately I took thirty people and many of the rides were closed when they went and they were dissapointed.
I would have hoped that they would let me know that this was the case and I would arranges to go at another time. I wound love to get this tickets back and take them again another time but dont feel I should ask again.

I chose to just go to the boardwalk. I noticed the money was taken from my account even tho I didn't complete the transaction so I had to wait a few days to dispute. You can ask your staff at the gate. The young lady even took my phone into ticket booth to try to get better reception.
It was frustrating so I decided no to move forward with the purchase. But was charged anyway. Please help me. I don't have much I work very hard and would appreciate if you can assist me.

Deceptive practices
- Park closed until 4pm for a private event.
- No warning online that entry would be restricted.
- Prices high and customer service poor.
After paying for tickets online my family and I drove 45 mins to get to the park only to be told the park is closed until 4pm for a private event. When I was paying for tickets online on my phone at no point was there an indication or notice that we would not be allowed into the park until half the day is over.
This place is a rip off.
Over priced and horrendous nonexistent customer service! Take your money elsewhere.

My son lost his phone when we go for his birthday last week and that night I made contact by email with costumer service and they found it and was returned to me, excellent communication in a short period of time.
