They didn’t pay me
It took me three weeks to reach the 200,000 cashout for a $20 PayPal. Which they do NOT send to your PayPal.
They have you type in an email address to send your confirmation to. I never received that but they damn sure took my 200,000 points from my Playful Rewards account! Im a disabled person on disability who has been sick all summer and thought I could earn some pennies at least while on my sickbed. And then AFTER the confirmation email after you request payment, you are allegedly to receive a SECOND email with the instructions on how to ACTUALLY get your PayPal Gift Card.
This is a scam. I want my money.

I wouldn't even use this app at all because I cashed out the first time with no problem but then when I had a $20 cash out they have completely ignored me they haven't done anything to give me my cash out and I played a long time to get that $20 on their app and now they want to act like I did something wrong when I did nothing different than from the first cash out so my advice would be not to use this app whatsoever never
They are refusing to answer me and I've been waiting days for them to contact me back after emailing them when I first started playing the game they were really prompt about returning my emails but now they're not
I've been playing the game for over a month or maybe just a month and I've cashed out once I've even purchased inside the app on the games because they offer things of that nature where you purchase within the game and you get rewards for purchasing but my last one was a $20 cash out and they're trying to say I violated rules or regulations when I did not do anything different from My first Cash out
