Erroneous deletion of account
- Earned over $600 after a month of offers, cash-out delayed, screen recordings sent.

After a month of completing online offers, I had earned over $600. I attempted to cash out and was met with delay after delay.
I sent screen recorded proof of completion three separate times. Yesterday, I received a canned response from a bot saying I was in violation of their terms. My account was deleted. No other information.
I put a lot of time and money into this.
I will fight these scammers until they do the right thing. This is a common theme with this sham of a company.

I am filing this formal complaint against Playful Rewards LLC for the failure to disburse earned funds totaling $70.00 ($50.00 and $20.00 redemptions) to my designated PayPal account.

Statement of Facts:
As evidenced by my account "All Activity" screenshot, I have successfully completed the required milestones for "Triple Match Cash" and other challenges. My account reflects multiple "Redeemed" status updates for amounts corresponding to $50.00 and $20.00.
However, despite these status updates, no funds have been deposited into my PayPal account.
Legal Basis for Complaint:
1. Maryland Consumer Protection Act (Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 13-301): This act prohibits unfair or deceptive trade practices.
Promising a cash reward in exchange for time, data, or gameplay and subsequently withholding that reward constitutes a "misleading oral or written statement" and a failure to provide services as advertised.
2. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act (15 U.S.C. § 45): Under federal law, "unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce" are unlawful. The FTC has a history of taking enforcement action against mobile apps that fail to deliver promised rewards to users.

Breach of Contract: By participating in the Playful Rewards program and meeting the gameplay requirements, a unilateral contract was formed.
My performance (completing levels) entitles me to the promised consideration (the cash payout).
Required Resolution:
I demand the immediate transfer of the outstanding $70.00 to my PayPal account (fi117****@***.ccbcmd.edu). If these funds are not received within 3 business days, I will escalate this matter to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and pursue further legal remedies available under Maryland state law.

Resolved: They didn’t pay me
- Three weeks to cash out 200,000 points for a $20 PayPal that isn’t sent.
- Confirmation email required; I never got it, yet points were deducted; scam.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It was actually a payment they owed me, and they paid. Call them on it immediately and then trust the process.
They have you type in an email address to send your confirmation to. I never received that but they damn sure took my 200,000 points from my Playful Rewards account! Im a disabled person on disability who has been sick all summer and thought I could earn some pennies at least while on my sickbed. And then AFTER the confirmation email after you request payment, you are allegedly to receive a SECOND email with the instructions on how to ACTUALLY get your PayPal Gift Card.
This is a scam. I want my money.

False advertising
- I downloaded the app to make extra money in my free time, but I was permanently banned near cashing out for unusual activity.
I downloaded this app to make extra money in my free time while having fun doing it, but when I started to actually get somewhere and was close to cashing out, they decided to permanently ban my account and me from making any in the future. The reason it has given me is unusual account activity, though I only downloaded the app yesterday.

- I made in-app purchases for rewards, including a $20 cash out.
- Now accused of rule violations.
I wouldn't even use this app at all because I cashed out the first time with no problem but then when I had a $20 cash out they have completely ignored me they haven't done anything to give me my cash out and I played a long time to get that $20 on their app and now they want to act like I did something wrong when I did nothing different than from the first cash out so my advice would be not to use this app whatsoever never
They are refusing to answer me and I've been waiting days for them to contact me back after emailing them when I first started playing the game they were really prompt about returning my emails but now they're not
