Play frank has deleted my account with out cause and still haven’t replied to any of my emails and complaints
This isnt a real casino its a scammer they keep your money and dont pay out big what so ever after playing £500 in one game I won £29 in all of it
Its disgusting and scamming they dont play to the same rules or regulations like other casinos they steal your money and dont pay out or event let you have any bonus spins

Yes I called play frank j explained and the little person on the phone laughed and said your own fault and hung up
So playing away, I spent my budget, which is fine, but I don't get how they can rob people. I play a game with a 3 bell rating, meaning high win rate.
Right, so I paid £500, only had two bonuses in this whole game, and I won £23 together on both bonuses.
Every time a bonus came, it crashed, and they still charged my balance. This is disgraceful.
