Was charged for service for my son when he was in high school, only used for one year. Called and canceled.
They didn't cancel. Made me pay the $160.92. Called again and finally got someone to cancel back in January 2024.
Just looked at my credit card statement and was charged three days ago again. This is a racket and ridiculous.
