Not recieved order
I ordered a player maker for christmas.
Paid by credit card on the 10th December. It is now christmas eve and no package has been delivered.
I have recieved no tracking number and not other emails other than an invoice.
This was my sons christmas present.
Preferred solution: My item and price reduction for the inconvenience

Have not received the player maker ordered!!
We ordered the player maker on 12/11 and have not received it. We have not received any tracking information or date of when it will be delivered. This was suppose to be my sons gift from Santa!!
We have tried calling several customer service lines and no answer!!
The charge was made but no follow up email was provided to let us know when it will arrive.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Do not buy from a company that does not have a customer service line that does not answer!!

Not received order
13 days later not received item and not even a email to say my order out for dispatch
I am furious totally understand busy time of year
So on that understanding you must understand I have not got the time to be chasing you around for my order and the £170 you have of my money so if You cant promise me refund I 48 hours I will be taking this further
As Ive already looked into my rights and if you wish I can forward to yourselves the link to all the rights I have
