I think they attended to this matter and something was verified. Bank Card functions were none impeded by their company.
Because in 3 months later I was able to place 3 orders.
None of them bounced back. All were delivered.
This phone number of customer service is vacant. It's fake.
I did filled dispute with the website which is fraud. It means this website is connected to playboy shop.

I was trying to get one order as a present, 7 times all were cancelled. They played bully game on the emails
. I got one order first time shopping there. All was okay.After that, I don't know what has happened to them. I think people steal other people's money place orders
then ask to cancel them. May be that is a problem. I just wanted to make a present.Was not lucky
. I think they just blocked me shopping on the website.I cannot mention anything else being wrong besides that factor. I hate disrespect, but they certainly drive you crazy.

I feel scammed
A friend and I both ordered costumes for Halloween. The expected eta was 3-10 days to arrive.
Neither of is received a shipping confirmation but mine randomly showed up after 5 days. Neither of our costumes fit so we are seeking to return. Its been 5 days since I initially reached out to customer support via email. I have sent several emails without luck.
I tried calling 2 times but the calls were never picked up by playboy rep. Their website says all costumes have to be returned by oct 25th in order to qualify for refund but I cannot reach anyone. There is a return option on the site by order still says in processing and wont let me file for return until it says its been shipped. I al completely lost on how to get my money back before the window closes.
I initially placed the order on oct 10th. The costume was $125 and the quality felt like Halloween city with the tail just being having a safety pin to attach.
