Policy violations in online messenger customer support

I would like an email back from electric avenues customer service so that I can send screenshots from messenger over a platform issue that came up. They said one thing then reversed what they said because it would mean they were wrong in the action they had taken. Then they refused to provide me with the email address for customer service even though on your website it says that the proper procedure to address a complaint is to email it to them at customer support with them or the parent company J N trading company. And I even sent them screenshots from their website showing that but they still refused to provide me with an email address because they knew they were in the wrong and did not want to admit it, make it correct, or be disciplined for policy violations. Preferred solution: Both an apology for how it was handled and the $35 they took from my cash out. I have played through them almost every day for several months now and they lost a daily player over $35

User's recommendation: Learn all policies for Freeplay, in game bonuses, and cash out policy ahead of time else you may get taken advantage of and receive less than what you are due
