They didnt change and return
There is one annoying person in that store, her name is Alannah, and she is weird. We just bought shoes 20 minutes ago and she didn't receive it until she gave up.

I'm just a bit confused as to what I actually have to do to be able to get my shoes returned for a store credit without my recipet.
I will go into the store on Friday and hopefully have a better experience and outcome.

- I contacted within 10 minutes to change it; not possible.
I ordered the sneakers for $169 and I accidentally chose men's when I needed women's. I got in touch within 10 minutes of placing my order to change it, but I was told they couldn't do anything about it.
So now I have to wait for the shoes to arrive and then go through the return process to get the right ones. It could have been sorted on your end in 5 minutes; now it will take weeks.
