Beware!!!!

I participated in the Liver, Cell, and Gut Rejuvenation program and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Shortly after starting, I became extremely sick with body aches, fatigue, bloating, stomach cramps, and other symptoms.
I was told this was part of the detox process and pushed through for weeks, but the symptoms only worsened. When I went to my primary care doctor, my bloodwork showed major changes from my previous labs: very low sugar levels and very high iron levels. My doctor instructed me to stop all supplements, and within two weeks my levels returned to normal. When I reintroduced the supplements one at a time, I had bad reactions to all of them except vitamin D.
Clearly, something in the products was causing serious health issues. To be fair, when things were going well at the beginning, the company was very responsive. However, once I became sick and raised concerns, that responsiveness disappeared. They did offer me a $500 refund for the unused supplements, but considering I paid $3,750 for the program, no other compensation was offered.
That lack of follow-through and accountability was very disappointing, especially given the severity of the side effects.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this program. If you do decide to try it, I strongly urge you to proceed with caution.

- - I ordered 5 Genbrain bottles in Nov 2022 and received them.
- - In Feb 2023 I received another 5 bottles without permission and want to return them.
On Nov. 2022 I did order 5 bottle of Genbrain and receive it.
Right away I email them, that I don' t accept any future shipment without my permission. On February 2023 I received another parcel with 5 bottle.
Please help me to figure out how to return this parcel back to the Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC I don't need their products anymore.I didn't give them permission
to ship another 5 bottle of Genbrain and I will not pay for this new 5 bottle and shipment for return.

Hey this is Dr. Infantino from platinum wellness on Union Hills in Phoenix.
Unfortunately we are confused with a company called platinum herbal wellness who seems to put people on some kind of auto ship that is non-cancel a bowl. To be honest I’m not sure what their business model is but it seems to upset a lot of people. We are basically a chiropractic/weight loss center and we do not ship products at all. We have finally figured out who these people are so if you email us at info@***.net we can get you their contact info.
