Don't Ever Use Platinum Roofing - DFW Texas
The WORST roofing company ever! Their sales guy promised everything and goes on and on about how good they are - then they made mistakes, damaged all our gutters, we had to fight them every step of the way to fix what they broke - they brought guys who didn't know what they were doing, they made an enormous mess taking off the old roof.
And then, after they were done, the first rain we had, the roof leaked, after they fixed it, it still leaked, they got another crew out that fixed the leak, the next big rain storm, we had another leak. They fixed that leak and then agreed to pay for damages in the house but delayed paying us what they owed us for months saying they needed to get paid on other jobs first - so obviously, they have no money. Once we contracted with them, they didn't start the work for 4 months, 5 months after that, we are finally done with them - assuming we don't have any more leaks - This company is like 2 guys and a couple of roofing crews, they then contract the rest of it out with no control over the quality of the crews.
PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE AMOUNT OF PAIN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We used Platinum Roofing, and had a wonderful experience. Not sure the first post is about the same company - it appears to be in VA.
Im in Texas. We received top notch service and got beautiful new metal roofs on our 3 storage facilities. Mark did all the insurance work, got everything paid and our facilities have never looked so good. We have no complaints.
Crew was clean and working everyday.
Work was finished quickly and all of it cost us nothing out of pocket. Well worth a call to them.
Unlike the person who just wrote a nasty review regarding Platinum Roofing, I had the best experience ever! My roof started leaking so I called Platinum Roofing because a friend recommended them! They came to look at it and fixed the problem in no time! While others complain about this company, I have decided to use them again and have a brand new roof! Don't be fooled by people who only like to complain about things and can never be made happy about anything you do!
Platinum Roofing is amazing! After they were done working they cleaned everything up! Of course there's going to be mess! You just have to let these guys finish tier jobs and give them a chance!
