I cancelled less than 30 days and was still charged

I signed up for PlateJoy on December 20, 2022 and on December 31. I realized that I didn’t think that it was a good fit for my lifestyle and home plan right now so I canceled it.

I was charged on January 7 for the full year membership when I had canceled within the trial. Window I will dispute this with my bank but obviously I want to resolve it first.
