Go Anywhere Else.

They got me. Don't let them get you.

We worked together well in advance. I needed the QR code on the back to match the embossed sequential number on the front. They assured me it was no problem.

Once they had the order, things changed. My order ran late and I was told that it was because of my specific request.

When I finally got them, they were completely wrong. When I contacted them about it, the guy was a rude SOB. They wouldn't remake the cards or refund my money. Seems that they get them made in China so it's a bit of a hassle for them.

Unless you can work face to face with this company, save your time and money. The only thing they're experts in is ripping people off.

Cards ran late

Product ran about a week and half late, which I didn't like as it made me postpone my mailer. The gift cards very nice once I got it though, just beware on the timing.

I just wish they would have gotten them to me earlier, or had let me know they were going to take as long as they did... it is just good business practice, and I would have been able to work with them knowing what the expectation was on delivery to my store.

Do yourself a favor and go read the internet about how much he has scammed people.

He will take your money, and I have read even has dabbled into identity theft. This is not a business at all, it a scam from the start.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I ordered some gift cards through Robert at plasticcardexperts.com. I told him when I would NEED them and he placed the order with that knowledge. Then come to find out after charging my card already they wouldn't arrive until after the date needed. I had to spend extra money to cover myself at an expo where we sold tons of gift cards. I was promised a partial refund as I still wanted the cards for future sales but wanted to be refunded the amount extra he caused me to have to spend. Here is his email copied below. Its almost 1 full year later and after more than 10 emails/calls to get my refund still NOTHING!! Every time I spoke to him which is hard to catch him on the phone (probably because he tries to avoid speaking to his angry customers) he told me he would talk to accounting and get it taken care of. We go through a lot of gift cards and he will never get my business again and no one else should go to him either.

Hi,

Both will be there this week... the money should be on your card in the next 48 hours. Cards arrived today from hong kong, you'll have a tracking number shortly.

POOR QUALITY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Robert Jussaume is the only person at Plastic Card Experts, and he is by no means an expert. He has no printing facility and outsources everything to Hong Kong which takes three times as long.

I'm all for a small businessman, but not one that habitually lies to customers and provides poor quality products.

After countless emails/phone calls, I FINALLY received my prodcut that was completely unusable. He promised to reprint the order several times in e-mail and on phone, but never delivered.

The positive reviews look very suspicious and were done over a two day period. Bogus reviews?

Wrong product delivered, no resolution.

The wrong cards were delivered to me, no where close to the design proof we agreed upon. After months of back and forth phone calls and emails to Rob, full of promises to make it right, but nothing.

Used excuses like my design couldn't be printed on the card type I chose. If that's the case, tell me that up front, don't approve my proof and deliver something totally different. Next time he made promises like... I'll make it right...

I'm using a new vendor now... I'll overnight the new cards to you as soon as I receive them, should only be two weeks...

Still nothing. DO NOT USE!

We often find in the print world that cheaper isn't always better. I truly apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced with ordering Chinese cards.

We find that we are fixing mistakes of this nature regularly for clientele that shop merely on price. I just got off the phone with a client that used this company and received 5000 cards with the wrong phone number on them. Of course, my pricing is 3x what the chinese kid prints them for, and she was floored by our pricing.

I recommended that she think about it for a day or so and make a determination as to whether it would be best to buy another lottery ticket with a Chinese manufacturer, or to realize the value in American made. Very unfortunate experience.

Very well done and professional

It took a little time to get my cards, but they did excellent work on them. It was about a 2 week turnaround.

I've worked with Rob for a few years now. Yes sometimes they do take a longer than I expected, but they've always delivered high quality plastic gift cards to me at a price well below the competition. They recently informed me they've started to work with a larger producer, and the cards have been coming much faster.

Kudos for improving your business and doing the right thing! I would definitely work with them again in the future.

Seems everyone knows they have lied on the delivery date, I have to say he is a good lier, Price little cheaper, but it was not worth, Not a professional designer, this is only review in my life, Can't imaging how angry i am. I still waiting my refund for a additional design that was not happened!

Looks like they are posting their own kudos to themselves. Interesting that people would post positive comments about this company on a website called pissedconsumer.com.

I call BS. Bottom line is that this company produces NOTHING. They use a chinese manufacturer.

If you buy from them, you are taking your chances on ever receiving your product. Pay a bit more and buy American.

I used plastic card experts this past month as well. They were really excellent.

Their prices were very low, the design team did beautiful work on the cards, and the final product was exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the result!

No Delivery

We ordered 10,000 Plastic Cards and still have not received our product. We stated a clear deadline with this vendor and were assured of delivery via email.

We continually get the run around about shipping and tracking numbers. Rob claimed a delay from his vendor in Hong Kong and eventually send to bogus tracking numbers. After calling for weeks we received new tracking numbers and found no information on these packages through the USPS.

We are 30 days past deadline and have wasted countless hours calling this company. The bill was paid in full and after reading reviews we have no hope of receiving our product.

THe best way to get your money back is to contact your credit card company and tell them you never got your product. Hope this helps.

Plastic Card Experts takes forever then lies about delivery.

I ordered fund raising cards for a local high school. I told the Plastic Card Experts Company that the cards were needed by mid July and they assured me they could have them ready by then.

When I didn't receive them, I called to check on the cards and was told there was a mistake when they were printed. They said they would print them again and overnight them to me. A week later still no cards. Called again and was told they were not ready (no explanation why) but expected them soon and would overnight them to me.

Another week, still no cards. Finally received word that the cards were shipped. I'm thinking I'll have them by tomorrow.

Not so, they were sent 2-3 day priority mail which is the way they advertise them on their website. There are several plastic card "expert" companies but this is the one whose website is www.plasticcardexperts.com.

Robert (Rob) Jussaume is the owner & only one that runs this SCAM. He takes orders promises a compilation date and then lies and stalls until the Tokoyo based company ship the order back to LA., then on to you.

All true in my case except he got the color and the numbering wrong making them unusable. BEWARE OF THIS ***-MAN!
