ProPlants - Incomplete Order; Customer Service Abysmal

We received a beautiful orchid as a Mother's Day gift. BUT, the plant had no care instructions and nothing in which to put the plant into other than a vase.
We contacted "we care", and they had no record of our order, by number, recipient, sender, or address of either. Finally, they indicated they would send us a replacement if we gave them all the info they needed to send.
We did that immediately, and all went dark after that - no further responses to our emails requesting updates or progress and, obviously, not replacement plant. We would never, never do business with these people again.

I just received the Astilbe bulbs I ordered. I received five bags with three bulbs.
Each of the five bags had a code of 4670. There is no other description of what color is in each bag.

Contacted Customer Service giving info. Difficult to understand woman, repeated info, and was hung up on twice.

Their rude and full of excuses until you it them with proof! This company doesn't refund your money back for their damage product so please be very careful before you order from them!

Like others on this site, I have been experiencing similar problems with Burgess Seed and Plant Co. Their phone line is always busy, they do not respond to emails, they do not have a FB page for messaging customer service, and an order placed nearly 1 month ago for seed and plants is still unfulfilled.
$92 order and all I got so far was 3 packs of seeds. The website does not offer updates, they don't use email for updates, they don't send you tracking info...poor, poor customer service.
A great way to go out of business...I won't order from them again. Next step, disputing the sale on my mastercard.
