plants ordered in 2/17 -- in oct 4 of 6 dead- NO RESPONSE--again 1-18 - request refund or replace--AGAIN NO RESPONSE -- why what a miracle in 3/19 it is too late as guarantee is only 1 year so client paid for 6 and has 2 healthy plants-- contatcts at least a dozen - respond to their email , another rep answers then today weare told if not multiple requests it would NOT have happened-- that is b.s(BAD SERVICE!!!) - however same client who asked for plant replacement has now gone to another source for 10-15 houses in Charleston, SC with a first time budget of $15000 minimum- THEIR LOSS- OUR LEARNING EXPERIENCE_ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Did not get what I ordered, this place is a joke, I feel terrible for the person I sent it to, they got a 12$ plant after her Dad died, but paid 86$, so sad. thiefs

I received a gardenia plant for Christmas. Even tho I watered it carefully.

Terrible company to deal with. Was told when I ordered (many plants) in September that it would arrive in two weeks.
Then once I got a confirmation email it stated middle of October. Tried cancelling but they said they could not do so (even though it was middle of September) due to the order being complicated to cancel once it was made and that I should just return them once they arrived. Flowers arrived in middle of October and sent them directly back (cost me $20) with their return slip and packaging. We are at the end of February and I have yet to receive my refund and now the tell me that have no receipt of my return.
Horrible, Terrible and nothing but pure incompetence company. Be warned!
