Plantronics voyager unit out of warranty

Out of Warranty Plantironics 5200 My name is Bernard K. Woods please note the my headset is inoperable and needs to be replaced, I am a long time customer who has purchased these units and other similar products in the past. However this units rubber tubing has deteriorated and is no longer operable in that condition. I would appreciate it if you could replace this unit due to the fact that it continues to have issues just beyond the warranty period Please Help Bernard K Woods 609-685-**** Loyal Customet

Bad design led to wire connection failure. No contact from the company Tried to contact by helpline but due to time difference in South Africa it is not possible. Log a complain but no response!

I have a new medical related job and want to know if I'm exposing myself to a health hazard.

Questioning the EMF levels of your headset. The closest model # is C5520. I read that wired can be three times the exposure of cell phones and that Ferrite beads might help. I experienced severe pain on the mic side of my head today.

Service an old headphone

Good Morning, I purchased a headphone November 15, 2016. I called customer service about a year ago and requested a quote to return my old headphone that is broken for service and I was quoted a price of $25.00. Will your company still honor this price? Is there a better price? Please respond via email and supply the address to which I should mail in my old headphone. I do have all my original papers for my headphone that was bought through Nspire Outreach Inc; where I was employed as a call center rep. Lastly, what form of payment do you accept? Poor support

Contacted dozens of times with no good results. Employees just don't care about Support and Customer Service. Employees just don't know their product so they give incorrect info and even their website has incorrect info on their products.

POLYCOM MAY HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS BUT HAS THE WORST SUPPORT AND SALES PEOPLE! WITHOUT GOOD SUPPORT AND SALES PEOPLE A GREAT PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS!!! Their Customer Support and Sales People give incorrect info and their website has incorrect info about their products. One would think the manufacture would have the correct info about their products!

New device broke after 15 month of normal use. Called Plantronics but would not help me. Sounds great when it works, Poor support when there is a problem. Poor quality device! Agent: I will be glad to help you Customer: Hello Agent, need help with a replacement of my headset. the right ear has broken from the head strap Agent: What is the model of the headset you are using? Customer: Plantronics b825m Voyager Focus UC (2026****) Agent: Is this your personal headset or is it from work? Customer: it's personal Customer: but used for work Customer: i own it Agent: In this case the headset has a one year warranty starting on the date on your receipt Agent: Can you send me a email with a picture of the receipt so i can start the replacement process Customer: email? Customer: i can send right now Agent: Let me send you a email and reply to it with the proof of purchase is this your email XXX@***.com Customer: yes Customer: i send the reply Agent: Thank you one moment Customer: I forgot to mention, and you will see this on the invoice, this was purchased by a business. Agent: Unfortunately the unit is out of warranty it was purchase in April at the moment is out of warranty Customer: Can an exception be made? Its only 3 months over. This device is heavily used and I brag to everyone about how great they are. Customer: this is now not usable at all. Agent: I check with the warranty department and they can only help extending the equipment warranty one more month after they go out of warranty but if is one more day after 13 months the unit is out of warranty Customer: this device is poorly made an broke under normal usage, it is not reasonable not to cover it one time. Customer: i can provide photos of where it broke Agent: Unfortunately the unit is damaged we do no know how that happen and is no issue we can help do the replacement when the headset is in warranty if it is not in warranty anymore you will need to purchase another unit Customer: You understand this is an expensive unit, and you won't stand behind your product? Customer: As i mentioned this broke under normal usage. Customer: Hello? Agent: I understand, but this is why the unit has a one year warranty on it if the unit is out of that period we can not replace it under warranty Customer: Also understand, this lack of support will force me to buy another headset. I promises it won't be a Plantronics, EVER! I will never recommend a Plantronics device again! I will also file a complain on your company website with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, Yelp and any other place I can find. Terrible service and poor designed created to make you buy more. I'm not falling for it. Poor poor products!! Agent: I understand in this case the receipt is showing that the unit is out of warranty we can help 1 more month when the unit is out of warranty after this time is out of warranty and we can not replace it.
