Terrible customer service! Would not take care of my issue!

I contacted Plant Paper to cancel my accounts back in April 2025. I had two and a third in my son's name.

All three accounts were shipped to my home address. They were supposed to cancel all the accounts related to my address but failed to cancel the one in my son's name. So yesterday I got a huge box of TP and my checking account was charged $150 for 32 rolls of paper! This is why I canceled; the rolls are too expensive, tiny, and you go through them fast.

They are also very thin! You cannot speak with a real person by phone! You must email. I messaged to tell them I canceled and they argued back and forth with me that only 2 accounts were canceled and that it was my fault the third wasn't!

They deliberately didn't cancel the 3rd one shipping to my home address so they could get their outrageous payment for TP that's not what they say it is! Now they canceled the 3rd account, but will not allow me to return the unopened box of TP for a refund!
