I called plant guru on the body butter product that was not body butter but instead a solid brick of something. I was told to put it into a dbl boiler to loosen it.
Thats not body butter. He was suppose to email me a return label but instead will not take my calls.
Awful product and awful customer service. I thought I was ordering from plant guru but it seems it was etsy which I did not know until my chg card What a mess!

Plant guru will not answer my calls nor send me the return label.
- - The product is a hard rock and hard to scoop.
- - It must be heated in a double boiler, then it becomes oil and hardens.
- - Customer service is poor.
The body butter is not body butter. Its a hard rock that u cannot even scoop out.
He said u have to heat it up in a dbl boiler.
Then its a oil which immediately turns hard again. Awful product & cust service
