Help with game camera
Lousy system to get to talk to somebody want to fill out more info than to get a passport, called number went to nobody to talk to. Im done trying, will return my camera and move on

Cell cam doest take pictures
No answer on help line for 2 weeks no response at all from company about my new camera not working. Hooks up to web site but doesn't take pictures

Arrow retention
I have a 2 year old Barnette Raptor Pro STR. I do not like the bristle brush type, arrow retention.
It presses down too hard and it's situated too close to the nock, with the result being, the arrow only rests on the rail half way down the length of the arrow. At the end of the rail there's an eighth of an inch gap between arrow and rail. There's no way this DOESN'T effect accuracy. Can I convert my Xbow to use the plastic or metal arm type retention?
Even if I change hoods? In any scenario could you quote me a price on the arm retention, the new hood (if needed) and if not possible to change, the price of a new "bristle brush" (I tried to ease the pressure by trimming the bristles and wound up with shorter, stiffer bristles without changing down pressure), two new scope rail bolts (I had SAE and metric allen wrenches and with either set there was one to small but the next size was too big. Oh yeah, that includes the allen wrenches that came with the bow. The result being that both bolts are on the *** of being "rounded out".
And I'd just as soon not reuse them). And a new tension spring for bristle type. Because I'm going to try a couple of different "modifications" on the spring to ease the pressure and will probably end up ruining it. So if you would, please give me information concerning, "can I make the switch or not".
And either way I'd like to have an itemized, price, list for all of the parts mentioned above. If you're not a retailer then you need to take better care OF your retailers so they can take better care of your customers. I emailed three different Barnette retailers and none of them could answer concerning the possible switch AND none of them could quote me prices on ANY of the items because they didn't have any of them in stock because you won't send them anything. One last thing.
I know it's my fault but at the moment my Raptor is in pieces on my dining room table because I don't want to put it back together with the messed up (altered) parts that I have unless I absolutely have to. So, at least, a quick response from you concerning this email would be greatly appreciated.
And at best, either/or an answer to my question and the prices. Second best would be for you to point me in the direction of a retailer that can.

Game Camera Model TX12i35A-8
Our game camera has stopped accepting the sd card and is there anything that can be done. The unit is about a year old.
The camera has been great and has given us great pictures of the wildlife.
