Customer service is a joke. They never answer the phone and do not respond to emails.

I'm on hold now-the first time was for 5 minutes-no clue on where I was at in their imaginary queue...wanted to purchase. Their CSR is, based on our repeat attempts, unable to be located...

I need parts for a live bait station

I purchased a used live bait station, but the aerator is doesn't work. I need to get a new aerator system, or at least estimates on the availability and costs to get these parts.

I feel your pain. I've been trying to contact customer service via phone and email for about a month.

Have never received a reply back. After buying Plano products for over 50 years I will switch to another brand.
