PlanetRx charged my card and never delivered the product
They charged me for the purchase and it never shipped. After 4 weeks i requested to cancel the order and give me a refund. If you try to call them no on ever answer the phone. They will give you the run around. They continue to claim they will be processing refunds. Jericho claims I should recieve it in 6-8 weeks but never follows through. It has been over a year and they still can not seem to process a refund. They are theifs. How they are allowed to continue to operate is beyound me. There are so many other reputable sellers so please avoid this one.

After 8 months - happy end
My 8 month experience with PlanetRx ended happily today. I received the items ordered on Sept.4th 2011. I am happy because I met the right customer service person, who was willing to solve this long time issue straight away. Dear Jericho, the words can't describe how much I appreciate your efforts, professionalism and understanding. Here is my story: I ordered 3xOxipor 4oz on Sept. 4th 2011.I did not get the items till Oct.20th and asked PlanetRx to cancel the order and refund me. Customer service Daniel sent a refund request in Oct.26 2011 and since then I've never heard anything from PlanetRx, no refund either. I've tried everything – messages, phone calls, certified mail letters to PlanetRx, BBB and BCFP/office of attorney general complains. A few days ago I visited again the site of Planet Rx and I saw "answered" on my last open message since January 2012.. but actually they answered nothing, just closed the case. I was furious - someone out there read my message, but did not bother to answer. I sent another message…and here you go… I got an answer on very next day from Jericho, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable and checked everything out. I asked him if it is possible to cancel the refund request, and send me the items o the existing order.Anyway I have already paid for them and the refund sounds like a mirage to me.So Jericho made this to happen! During these 8 months I have been thinking what was wrong with PlanetRx online business and it was not difficult to get to a few points like: charging customer's cc immediately afte the order is made, not providing information for back orders, which made the customer angry and slow the process of delivery; if the customer decides to cancel the order, the refund request is made, but everything gets out of control - customer service don't have any further information of the refunding process, etc... Anyway.. today, just 5 days after the conversation with Jericho, I got my meds. It was unbelievable how a person can change a very negative approach to a positive one. Thanks again Jericho, for your outstanding customer service; I hope you will be able to help many others as well as to improve the customer service image of PlanetRx.
Planet RX Planetrx has stole my money
Back in Sept. of 2011 I placed 2 separate orders with Planetrx. I didn't receive my order and they informed me it is out of stock so they would refund my money (Please see my below corrrespondance with them). Both times they promised I would be refunded. No refund and it is now Feb. of 2012. I'm going to take agressive control of the situation at this point. I'm tired of their false promises and I'm not going to go away. Also, be aware when you are looking for other places on line to order your medical supplies that this company also sells under other names on other websites. So BEWARE!! Please see the attached correspondance I've had with one of their customer service reps named (CHAZ). I have completely run out of patience regarding this matter and am going to contact the attorney general and the ftc if your company does not refund my money as you had promised 2 months ago. I placed an order with Planet RX on 10/12/2011 and within about 5 minutes I cancelled the order. I sent them and email which said I would get a response withing 24 to 48hrs. I received nothing. On 10/14/11 I was checking by bank statement and discovered I was charged for something that was cancelled. I tried several times to contact them by phone and listened to a recording and then the recording said good-by. I finally contacted someone in the ordering department who was extremely rude and said all they could do was take my name and number and give it to customer service, but they could not guarantee that I would be called. I will never again order anything from this company and I caution anyone else from doing the same. Hopefully I will eventually get my money back because they never mailed out the item I ordered.
PlanetRX.com charges BEFORE they have the item in stock
I placed an order with PlanetRX.com one month ago. I have tried several times to find out where my merchandise was, but as there is no phone number to reach anyone, I was subjected to a merry-go-round of requests with no response. I received my credit card bill yesterday and, you're right, the PlanetRX had charged my card THE DAY the order was placed. Unbelievable. I have disputed the charges with my card company. STILL waiting for a response from PlanetRX. Is it legal to charge your card before the merchandise ships? I guess I will stick with tried-and-true websites.
