Planet X Apocalypse thumb installed incorrectly
Not good at all
Hello. I bought this new off of Amazon.
I had it boxed for a while and I recently opened it. Upon my inspection, I noticed the left thumb was installed backwards. This does affect the transformation.
Please help me out if possible! Amazon wont do anything as it is a manufacturer issue.

Disappointed I’ve had no reply from Plamet Xcode dude ring I gave bought 2 bikes from them
Hi I have a loxley e bike can you tell me the size and type of brake pads I need, cant find info in owners manual, also can you tell me if it has Bluetooth connectivity, if it hasnt can the assist control be upgraded so it has, likely cost would be appreciated.Many Thanks
