- - Online hours showed open; the venue was closed and tickets were marked used.
- - Support was hard to reach; I dont recommend buying tickets online.
I bought tickets for me and my family to go and when we went it was closed but online it said it was open I spoke to them and they said my ticket was already used as in someone went and skated but me and my family never went it was also very hard to get in touch with customer support I dont recommend you buy tickets online

- - Paid £38 for skating for 2 adults.
- - Could not attend on the day and called to cancel.
- - Seeks refund and a call from head office.
So I booked 2 adults to go skating.
I was poorly I paid 38.00 pound.
I rung up on the day to say I couldn't come.
I rung up 2 days later to ask if I could come and skate with the money I previously paid.
The members off staff I spoke to said no rules are rules and no point getting in touch with headoffice.
I would like a the top head to ring me.
I will take this further I have knowledge and I work for a solicitor.
I want a refund please.

Sustained injury
- - Feb 2: A fast skater hit me from behind, breaking my right arm.
- - Feb 3: Video preservation promised; Feb 5 letter sent; no reply or callbacks.
On the 2nd of February 2024, I was knocked out of my feet by a boy who skated fast out of control, Approached me from the back, left-hand side with such a force, causing me to fall and break my right arm.
I have spoken to the manager of Gillingham planet eyes Clair on the 3rd of February and she told me that the video will be preserved. On the 5th of February I wrote an official letter to preserve the video as evidence, but I did not receive any reply.
Today is 9th of February and no one is calling me back. My attempts to call Gillingham planet ice are not successful.
Preferred solution: Personal injury claim.
