Ignoring my requests for loan payoff
- - Requested payoff; no response by phone or email.

My husband passed away, so I had to sell one of our properties to pay off the second mortgage. I immediately contacted Planet Home Lending for my payoff by phone.
They said they could not give my payoff over the phone, so I wrote an email at the beginning of February 2025. It is now nearing the end of February, and I have yet to hear from anyone. All the while, interest is accruing which, of course, benefits Planet Home Lending. However, I believe they have to respond to payoff requests within three days per Oregon law.
They just got sued for not implementing even the most basic anti-hacking software on their computers. You would have to be an idiot to be running a bank with all the sensitive information and not have any antivirus, etc. software on the computers. So, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they're not all about doing the right thing.
What needs to happen to get a darn loan payoff? What agency in Oregon do I file a complaint with?

Preferred solution: I want the payoff, but I will not pay any interest after 2/17 which is the date I included in my email. Also, I want free credit monitoring software due to the data breach that occurred.

I wss sent a refund check but the post office sent back to you twice. I called again and tge lady claimed they would resent in aug.
05 and it would take 10 to 14 days to recieve it,why is this check being sent until a week from now it other ones were sent on same day,i get your billing statement every month with no problems.but since its refund you cant get it to me,another thing every time i call a person with little knowledge of the english language answers. I yhink you should people that speak and understand the english language
