I wss sent a refund check but the post office sent back to you twice. I called again and tge lady claimed they would resent in aug.
05 and it would take 10 to 14 days to recieve it,why is this check being sent until a week from now it other ones were sent on same day,i get your billing statement every month with no problems.but since its refund you cant get it to me,another thing every time i call a person with little knowledge of the english language answers. I yhink you should people that speak and understand the english language

Basement flooded 12/21/22 we received a check from statefarm I sent it to you to be endorsed and when will it. Be sent?back so we can start repairs on our home. Was sent in mail on 1/6/2023
