I don’t want to give out information to a site I have never used. It was bizarre, especially when I have never heard of it before. It felt like a spam when it was asking for information thatit before
I am getting tired if dealing with this complicated site. I did not want to give information to a site I have never dealt with in all my transactions with Planet Drugs.
I have spent a lot of trying to get a simple answer that I used to get in a less than 5 minute phone call. I just want to know when my premarin drug will be mailed to me.
I resent being a pissed off client whe this process have been so difficult! I just want a simple answer.
Status of prescription
I dont want to put all that information on line that you already have. I have never had to do that before and didnt want to. Just want to know the status of my premarin prescription!

Preferred solution: Update on my prescription status. This is confusing and annoying. It has been so easy in the past. Before it took less than 5 minutes! I have no problem other than this new method. Please just call me with the quick amswer!.
Duplicate prescription
Same drug was delivered twice. I called to verify and the representative was extremely helpful and explained the issue at hand.

I have not heard from Planet drugs in reference if they were able to successfully contact my Dr.'s office, via fax number I provided

I have to change my checking account number
I need to change my account number so you can withdraw my payment when I refill my prescriptions.
My account was hacked and I have a new account number for you

I just hung up from the pharmacist at Planet Drugs. Her name is Charisse Hung.
I was connected to her because I had a few questions that Derek was not sure of. Charisse explained everything to me in laymen terms and put my mind at ease. Charisse was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to relate too. Planted drugs require prescriptions for all medications.
They are honest and caring. I have been using them for many years and will continue to do so.
