Verified BuyerWarning others to stay away
In June if 2020 I took my 2016 dodge promaster to Planet Dodge in Flagstaff to have recalls completed. The final VB2recall was supposedly completed in August.
However on the way home the transmission began to slip. Subsequently I took the vehicle to another dealership who advised me that the VB2 recall had not been done and the transmission harnesses were flapping around.
The damage resulted in the transmission having to be replaced to the tune if $5,000+. I am in the process of filing a complaint with NHTSA.

My Daughter just recently took her van in and asked them to check it out because there was a noise coming fron the top of her engine and it needed an oil change and it also had an leak in anti freeze so they did an oil change and pressure tested the coolant system they called her and told her to come in pay for the oil change and test on engine then bring it back at later date however they did not bother to locate the reason that there is oil in the radiator or gas in the crankcase when I ask them why they didn't check out her van they explained to me that they just dump the oil and refill it and they didn't take the time to check out the van now because the fact is this van is still under warranty you would think that if they would have checked the engine out they would have realized that the problem would not be repaired by a simple oil change and that new oil would be covered when they repaired the engine under warranty

Complaint about ServceDept. at Planet Dodge in Miami FL
Itook my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica to Panet Dodge on June 23, 2015 because it needed to be put on the diagnostic machine because the engine light keeps coming on. I was told by Johnny in Service car would probably not be brought in until Thursday or Friday. I asked him to please see what he could do since I had to rent a car and it was going to cost me out of pocket.
I called on Tuesday, June 29th to see the status and was told nothing had been done to the car because the machine broke and a part had to be ordered. I asked him when the machine broke and he said Friday afternoon (June 25th). He didn't know when the replacement part would get there. I asked him why didn't anyone call me. Since the car is driveable, I would have picked up the car instead of a week later.
I turned in the rental on thursday, july 2nd. At that time, the part was not in and they didn't know how much longer (it could be another week or more). I ended up having to pay $350 in rental when I could have paid less had I been contact the same day they found the machine was broken.
When the machine is finally fixed and the car is taken in for a diagnostic, I don't want it to be sitting there for 2-3 days. The people there are very nice but the lack of customer service is horrible.
I would like for someone to call me and let me know when the machine is fixed so I can take my car in for service. I expect to be given a loner.
