Paid for a hair dryer that I never received. You can't get a hold of anybody to inquire about the issue. They don't respond back and I probably won't get my money back from them.

It was difficult to contact planet beauty. Once I got a number, it was a recording that assist me to leave a message My problem was not solved and dont know if Ill ever purchase again.
Planet beauty was my place to go for all my hair products. Having to purchase on line, is not secure on whether Ill receive my items in good condition.

I ordered a Bionic Ionic Smart - X Hair Dryer. It came within a reasonable time.
It was packaged nicely. Very nice looking product. However, it did not dry my hair well nor did it give it the shine I expected from the ionic smart dryer. It a didnt heat as well as I expected.
So Id like to return it.
However, I couldnt get the customer service phone number to work so now Im trying the email. And I think the 100 symbols is ridiculous!

User's recommendation: Do not purchase. The hair dryer doesn’t work well. My dryer I purchased from another company for less than half the price does much better than their ion bionic smart -x.
