Verified Reviewer |Wrong edging to my countertops and plumbing still leaking!
The project manager is double dipping. She is hired by Plamar to do a job and has hired her husband as the subcontractor to do the plumbing jobs for the countertop installation projects. I wonder if Plamars owner, Jose Costa, knows how Liz Espinosa treats her customers. She is rude and disrespectful. Customer is never right and she doesnt give a *** about anyone but herself. The edges of my countertops are cut wrong and she wont even return my calls anymore. Her husbands plumbing company wont come out to fix their mistake- I had to pay another plumber to correct a drainage install problem. The whole project is a mess.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else! You might pay a little more but you will get what you paid for, along with customer service and respect!

No response after 3 days - PlaymarUSA
Playmar screwed up the cut for the cooktop in the countertop that I purchased. After three days they haven't even responded back. I called over the weekend to the office that said it was open on Saturday. No answer and no return phone call. I called today and no one answers the phone. They were open at 8 am, but a call to several individuals at Playmar got no answer and now - 2 hours later - no response to any phone call or any email I sent. Beware the company. It is clear that they do not have the best interests of the customer in mind. It is clear they they don't want to solve this issue in a timely manner if at all.

PLAYMARUSA: Incompetent Installation
PlaymarUSA owns Elegant Marble and Granite I arranged for new granite counter tops to be fabricated and installed for my kitchen. Once I signed the contract, I was promised 7-10 before installation. More than 3 weeks later, the installers arrived. The last piece of granite, which I personally selected, was being installed only to find that the cutout for the cooktop was more than 7 inches off. The installers called the general manger, Kurt, who told me that he couldn't deal with the issue until the following Monday and besides he was stuck in traffic at the moment. (I guess I was supposed to feel sorry for him.) I still have no indication if a fix is even possible. Kurt is too busy to deal with customer issues. I called Diana Zimodio, the sales person and there was no fix there either. Read my review on YELP.
