Did not get the help I needed to cancel myplan with Gauss

It started with Gauss. Iwas trying to cancel my plan an with Guass.

They sent me to Placid. I was asked to set up a 4 digit pin.

When I tried there was a.blovk over the 0 so I couldn't make my pin then I got a phone call from someone I couldn't tell who It was .because I couldn't hear them. I really feel like they are not wanting to help me cancel
